Terada confirmed via the series' official blog today that the just announced Another Century's Episode Portable was developed simultaneously with the recently released Another Century's Episode R.
It looks like we can expect P to be a largely similar experience to R. Wrote Terada, "The fundamental systems are the same, but there are differences in the fine details (separate from the differences that arise from the hardware). Years back, when we decided to revive the Another Century's Episode franchise, we decided that in order to explore new directions with the series, we'd have R and Portable's fundamentals be the same while also showing some differences."
The biggest change, said Terada, is in the area of progression. There's no scenario in Portable. Instead, players progress through the game by freely selecting and clearing missions.
The reason they took this direction with Portable, explained Terada, is because they wanted to make something that could be played casually, owing to the PSP being a portable system.
However, it's possible that the scenario-free nature of P could have been the direction of the full series. Terada revealed that he was originally a bit unsure about putting a scenario in the series from the start, as he thought it might be good to have ACE just be an action game that can be enjoyed casually.
PSP owners shouldn't be completely heart broken about the lack of story, though. Terada actually hinted that there may be a bit of story in the game.
One element does carry over from pace ACE games. In ACE P, you head out on missions with two CPU-controlled mechs at your side. New for the PSP, those two accompanying mechs will be controllable by other players.
When player clear missions, he/she will gain Ace Points. These can be exchanged for new machines to use in battle.
The ACE P official site lists the game's multiplayer support as ad-hoc-based co-op. It does not mention a competitive component.
Here's a list of mecha that will be appearing in ACE P:

For Megaman Legend/Rockman Dash fans, REJOYCE~, Keiji Inafune now are working on Rockman Dash 3, it gonna be released for Nintendo 3DS.
From the video above, Keiji Inafune planning for new heroine. And the design team came up with few designs. Which one you are gonna pick? Inafune want the fans vote and decide it. As I personally like design #4(Shunsuke Komaki) and #8(Tatsuya Yoshikawa), but I'm more toward #8 since it's less generic and more unique in Rockman Dash world, as no4, It's cute but it has same vibe as Roll and Tron~.
The vote is still going until October 25th, and the combined poll results from both the English and Japanese Developer Room will determine the next heroine to be featured in game! so pick your new heroine now :D

"We sincerely apologize to GT fans for the delay, however, creator Kazunori Yamauchi and the team at Polyphony Digital want to make certain they are creating the perfect racing experience, and we are confident that this ambitious game will exceed expectations when it launches. We'll have more information for you in the near future.2, but said that it will be coming this "holiday season." "
So GT5 is delayed again? with unknown release date, just stating it's coming by Holiday season.
So much for preparing Logitech GT25 ~*
Update*
"Apologies for the delay," Yamauchi tweeted. "It's because time and labor were spent ironing the kinks out of [the game's] complex system. I'm really sorry. Everyone, it's inexcusable... Wait a little longer."
I had few runs yesterday, since I have 1 more car that haven't full tune yet, the S15. One of the underdog car which in bottom 10 rank, it perform really well, it has oversteer character but still easy to handle, and it can perform drift nicely in the game. Tuning steps so far are 7-6-5-3-5, I managed to get 3:17:8xx, once FT'ed, I hoping I can get 3:15 at least :).
I still experimenting with drift technique in Nagao, you can see from the video.
Drift battle S15 versus FD3S RX7 at Myogi Uphill~ The corners in Myogi track is pretty fun for drifting, we can really turn the car sideway, another track came to mind is Tsukuba~ and more easier to go sideway there.
